BELLEVILLE: Canton Coast Guard to use Horizon Park to attempt life jacket record
Representatives of Canton?s U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary met with Belleville City Council officials at its regular meeting May 7. They obtained the council?s permission to use Horizon Park 1 p.m. on Saturday, May 19, to take a group photo of people wearing Personal Flotation Devices, or PFDs, known commonly as life jackets.
