Searcy Resigns From Services District Board
Oceano, CA -- Oceano Community Services District board member Rick Searcy resigned yesterday, citing health reasons. Searcy was involved in an alcohol related crash last week where he rolled his truck on Highway 101 near Shell Beach. He was injured and taken to the hospital. He was cited for DUI.

A recent flight out there led to a short walk to get lunch and then time spent on the beach watching the windsurfers and dune buggies. The walk could have been avoided by using one of the bikes that are available to ?borrow? right on the airport grounds.
