    Mr. Oscar B. (O.B.) Harper, a longtime resident of College Park, Ga., passed away Jan, 25, 2012 at the age of 91. O.B. was a World War II veteran serving in the Army Infantry. After the war, he was employed by the United States Postal Service. He retired from the Post Office after many years of service. read more
