URBANA, Ohio (AP) - The state fire marshal says arson has been ruled as the cause of a fire at a Walmart in central Ohio. No one was injured in the blaze that broke out shortly before 8 p.m. Monday in the Urbana store's automotive department. An employee put the fire out before firefighters arrived.

Weather trackers say Illinois' winter has been the sixth warmest on record. State climatologist Jim Angel of the Illinois Water Survey says the average temperature in January for the state was 31.4 degrees. That's about 7 degrees above normal, making January the 13th warmest on record.
