JOSHUA, TX- Brookshire Grocery Co . is ready to break ground on a 37,400-square-foot store; the first planned construction at the 47-acre, mixed-use Joshua Station . The grocer will start moving dirt on the commercial real estate project this summer, with completion scheduled on the $2.8 million store in 2013.
